LAKE ELMO EVENT CENTER
For the east bus route, lunch will be at the Lake Elmo Event Center.
The city of Lake Elmo, named for the lake it adjoins on the south, is located midway between the tour gardens in Woodbury, Lakeland, and Stillwater. Much of the surrounding area is still in farmland, offering views of rolling fields and rural countryside during the ride.
Owner and chef John Schlitz has delighted diners at the Lake Elmo Inn for over 20 years, winning many awards for great food and service. In 2006, John and his wife Christine opened the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center.
The Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired building renovation features custom stained glass and furnishings, giving diners a sense of understated sophistication. Lunch will be yummy!
